    WHY A DOCUMENTARY ON INTER-FAITH MARRIAGE?
    For the first time in the course of history, inter-faith marriages are now the majority in the Jewish world. The trend has surfaced some unique issues in the Jewish and ‘Christian’ communities as well as for the couples themselves. The question of what faith an intermarried couple will share and which traditions will become part of the life of our family is of critical importance. The subject becomes even more complex during the holiday season, when bright, young children are bound to ask questions about their faith and identity. They cannot be easily answered by "settling" on a Hanukkah bush or hanging golden menorahs from a Christmas tree. As the couples work through the challenges of inter-faith marriage they discover new and practical faith-based solutions to raising a family that is seemingly part of two worlds.
